 Remedy Pilates                     
Sessions: Monday 1:30 to 2:30pm, Friday 12 noon to 1pm

Pilates teaches you to be in control of your body and not at its mercy", "If your spine is inflexibly stiff at 30 you are old, if it is completely flexible at 60 you are young".  It's really effective in the alleviation of back pain and other orthopaedic conditions and is suitable for all ages and ability levels, both men and women.

Felicity is a Register of Exercise Professionals (REP’s) member and is insured. She holds a Level 3 Diploma in Instructing Mat Pilates.  Felicity is also qualified to teach Reformer Pilates and has undergone additional training in the use of Pilates to treat common orthopaedic conditions such as Sciatica, Arthritis, Osteoporosis and hip and knee arthroplasty.

Dance: Beginners ballet & Jazz up to 18yrs (baby ballet/adult dance tba)

Jaggers Performing Arts teach those who wish to gain skills in various dance styles and musical theatre from nursery to Adult age ranges. We strive to develop the skills of all of our students however in situations where a student is gifted with natural talent for dancing or musical theatre; we also guide and support them when pursuing their talent via scholarships and specialist schools. Our working relationships with students and parents are second to none.

Jaggers also holds Inclusive days where we encourage parents/carers to be part of their children’s Jaggers experience. This involves parents/carers taking part in the lessons/activities with their children for the lesson. Although this is not compulsory, we highly recommend it to all. At Jaggers we are always happy to talk to families and work with an open door policy. Classes are taught by Louise Close

 Fitsteps  Intensity Low to High
Sessions: Wednesday mornings Term time only, First class FREE

FitSteps is a dance/exercise class without a partner using steps from ballroom and Latin dances. Ages 16+. If you want to get fit, fast, lose those unwanted pounds and have more fun than you can believe doing it, here’s some great news for you.

And for anyone who’s thinking, ‘But I can’t dance’ or ‘I don’t have anyone to dance with’, there’s no excuse – you don’t have to able to dance and you don’t need a partner! You just have to want to get fit and have fun.

So, if you’re ready to take to the floor and FitStep your way to a new you, all you need to do is get in touch with Lynette, an accredited FitSteps Instructor, and book yourself in.

 Happiest Hounds Dog Training 
Sessions:    Wednesday lunchtime or evening

Modern puppy training classes teaching owners how to educate their puppies in a kind, fair and effective way, to listen, be well behaved, come back when called and walk nicely on the lead as well as many other exercises including confidence building and self-control games.

The 7 session course is based on ‘The Life Skills for Puppies’ best-selling book (which is provided to owners).  Classes are taught by Louise Bater BSc (hons), a fully assessed member of the Association of Pet Dog Trainers and a registered Training Instructor with the Animal Behaviour & Training Council.
All classes are family friendly and have a maximum of just 4 puppies per class to give owners lots of 1:1 attention and to tailor the training to meet each puppy’s individual needs.Happiest Hounds also offer private puppy courses held in your own home over 5 separate sessions and private sessions for adult dogs.
